Comedy shows, music shows, football, eat outs and other forms of entertainment have come to town as the industry continues their innovation towards ensuring there is no dull moment.
V10 opens
V10 lounge, club and lifestyle hub opened in Port Harcourt on Thursday, December 20, 2018.
Located at 26 King Perekule Street in GRA and run by entertainment Czar, Chief Miebaka Obuoforibo, V10 with roots in Yenagoa made a grand entry into the Port Harcourt scene.
Popular crooner, Harrysong was live to entertain early guests to V10 on Thursday, an experience many will not forget in a while.
A big innovation of V10 is PitStop night which held on Saturday, December 22 from 7pm.
Obuoforibo explained to ChinaAcheru.com, the concept behind PitStop night.
“In motor racing, you make pit stops to refuel, change tyres and refresh,” Obuoforibo said.
“It's also slang for stopping at bars to refresh and that is why we have PitStop night.”
So if you live in Port Harcourt or are just visiting and want to refuel after a tough week, then V10 is the place to be on Saturdays for PitStop night.
Crack ya Ribs
Crack Ya Ribs by Julius d Genius Agwu comes up at the Aztec Arcum on Christmas day.
Regular feature it has always been on Christmas day save for the last few years that the show took a break, Agwu has as usual selected the best of the best comedians and musicians from across Nigeria without forgetting to include local acts on his slate.
Top comedy acts, Klint D Drunk, Josh 2 Funny, Dan D Humorous, KO Baba, D Don, Desk Talker, Romeo, Mudiaga, Akpan Okon, Kelvin Sapp and Adviser will be on hand to crack the ribs of those unfortunate to be there while there will be music by KCee, Mr. 2K and Buckwild.

Eat Out is a special invitation to join the popular On Air Personality, (OAP) to have choice meals while you are entertained… different, right? It certainly is.
Eat Out takes place on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at ECO Lounge, Ezimgbu Link road, also known as Mummy B road, Opposite Mopol 19, by GRA junction.
Red carpet, they say opens at 5pm while buffet is at 6pm.
There will be special appearances by Tombo Belle of Naija FM, Konkosa Africa of Wish FM and many others.

The Legends Show, remember them? Those Igbo boys who put up funny football skits on Instagram and Twitter. You do? Well, not that they are igbo because I am aware that two of them are from Bayelsa State and one is from Badagry, so how do they produce Igbo skits?
There is only one way to find out and that will be at the Dome, Peter Odili Road in Port Harcourt on Boxing Day.
I will certainly be asking them that question if I get the chance to say a word.
The Legend Show will host the world to their own brand of music, comedy, skits and all that would make you laugh your sorrows away.
Surely, this is not all that Port Harcourt has to offer this season so our eyes are peeled for more events.
